Then into a traditional medina home for 3 hours of hands-on cooking: slow-cooked lamb tagine with preserved lemon and olives, Fassi bastilla (the extraordinary sweet-savoury pigeon pastry unique to Fez), and traditional Moroccan salads. Then sit down and eat everything you made.
